Under the direction of Assistant Finance Director Melissa Williams, the Finance Department is responsible for managing all accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting functions for MCDR. This includes billing, receipts and disbursements, payroll, budgeting, audits, investments, and financial contracts and agreements.
The Finance Department internal controls and policies related to financial matters are maintained to assure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Macomb County is dedicated to providing the public with a quality county road system with a focus on financial accountability and delivering the greatest value to our community.
