The Michigan Care Immunization Registry (MCIR) will be transitioning to a new platform beginning August 10 and will not be accessible on August 7. Therefore, we may not be able to service individuals who did not have an appointment made prior to August 7.
The 2026-2027 season's flu and covid-19 vaccines are not yet available. Please check back for updates.
Immunization Appointments
The Macomb County Health Department now offers the ability to schedule appointments for most immunizations online. If you wish to make an appointment for an immunization, please see below.
The services below cannot be scheduled using the online system.
