Community input is important to us and we value your feedback. The Department of Roads receives more than 10,000 service requests each year. To ensure service requests and public inquiries are addressed in a timely, effective, and efficient manner, and handled by the proper department or maintenance service center, please complete the following form in order to process your service request.

Please include the road and cross streets to provide MCDR with the most accurate location possible. To best serve the entire county, MCDR has four service centers strategically located in Clinton Township, New Haven, Shelby Township, and Washington Township.

Service requests are forwarded to the appropriate MCDR department or maintenance service center to review and manage the issue. Service requests are answered in the order in which they are received.

If you're contacting the Department of Roads regarding an emergency road condition or immediate safety concern (stop or yield sign down, malfunctioning traffic signal, etc.) please call 586-463-8671. In the event of an emergency, please contact 911.
