Exposure to Agent Orange covers those who served:
- Cambodia at Mimot or Krek
- Campong Cham Province (4/16/1969 to 4/30/1969)
- Guam or American Samoa or in the territorial waters thereof (1/9/1962 to 7/31/1980)
- “In-Country” Vietnam from (1/9/1962 to 5/7/1975)
- Johnson Atoll or on a ship that was called Johnson Atoll (1/1/1972 to 9/30/1977) or in the surrounding waters of Vietnam.
- Laos (12/1/1965 to 9/30/1969)
- Thailand (1/9/1962 to 6/30/1976)

- Acute and Subacute Transient Peripheral Neuropathy (must have started within 12 months of exposure)
- AL Amyloidosis
- Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) - Lou Gehrig’s Disease
- Bladder cancer
- Chloracne
- Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)
- Hairy Cell Leukemia
- Hodgkin’s Disease
- Hypertension
- Hypothyroidism
- Ischemic Heart Disease
- Monoclonal Gammopathy of undetermined significance
- Multiple Myeloma
- Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
- Parkinsonism
- Parkinson's Disease
- Porphyria Cutanea Tarda
- Prostate cancer
- Respiratory cancers
- Soft Tissue Sarcoma (other than Osteosarcoma, Chondrosarcoma, Kaposi’s sarcoma, or Mesothelioma)
