Close of Books: December 31, 2025
Due: February 2, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.
All Candidate Committees owe the 2025 Annual unless exempted for a reason listed below:
- Committees that maintain the Reporting Waiver
- Committees that filed a 2025 Post General statement
- An officeholder whose salary is less than $100 per month AND whose committee had no activity (contributions or expenditures) during the period covered by the Annual Statement. (A written statement of eligibility is required to be filed with us.)
