Water assistance (WRAP)

WRAP assists with water bills. Minor home water plumbing repairs and conservation services may also be provided. Program qualifications include:

• Household income below 200% of the federal poverty level
• Household must have income
• Proof you live in a WRAP community
• Proof the applicant is responsible for paying the water bill
• Applicant is required to stay current on the water bill once in WRAP

WRAP offers an individualized service plans to help residential customers pay past-due bills and reduce water bills.

• Utica
• Warren
• Washington Township

Water bill assistance for non-WRAP Macomb County communities may still be available through other programs.
