WRAP assists with water bills. Minor home water plumbing repairs and conservation services may also be provided. Program qualifications include:
- Household income below 200% of the federal poverty level
- Household must have income
- Proof you live in a WRAP community
- Proof the applicant is responsible for paying the water bill
- Applicant is required to stay current on the water bill once in WRAP
