I began my career with Macomb County in 2000, as a human resources coordinator, overseeing the County's recruitment and selection operations. In 2007, I joined the Human Resources Department's Labor Relations team, and assisted with labor and employee relations activities and contract negotiations. I was promoted to service director in March 2011, where I led a full service delivery team dedicated to servicing our employees. I was proud to be appointed the director of Human Resources and Labor Relations in 2022. It is an honor to partner with other dedicated public servants in this capacity as we work together to make Macomb County an employer of choice, and more importantly, to serve the community with the efficiency and dignity it deserves.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources development from Oakland University
- Master's degree in public administration from Oakland University
