As a Macomb County retiree, you and your eligible spouse, at the time of your retirement, may choose to participate in one of Macomb County's retiree health insurance plans. Eligible dependents may be added to the coverage at an additional cost. Optional benefits such as dental, vision and hearing are available to retirees and eligible spouses at a low monthly rate.
