Huron-Clinton Metroparks
Macomb County is the home to three Huron-Clinton Metroparks, including Lake St. Clair Metropark, Stony Creek Metropark and Wolcott Mill Metropark.
Wetzel State Recreation Area
With 900 acres of undeveloped land, the Wetzel State Recreation area is an ideal place for year round outdoor activity in Macomb County.
Note: All trails open one hour before sunrise until one hour after sunset. While on the trails, be sure to observe all traffic safety rules when approaching an intersection. All pets must be on a leash and be sure to bring supplies so that you can clean up after them. Since these are multi-use, non-motorized trails, walkers have the right of way.
