Beginning on April 1, 2025 all felony bills must be submitted within 90 days of the last date of service or they will not be paid. All A-Level felonies must be submitted quarterly, even if the case is not yet completed. All misdemeanor bills must be submitted within 60 days of the last date of service or they will not be paid. All Shelby misdemeanor bills must be submitted quarterly, even if the case is not yet completed.
