Volunteer for Head Start
Head Start is a free preschool program offered throughout Macomb County for children ages 0-5.
Volunteer activities include:
- Reading with children
- Assisting with art projects
- Assisting at specific learning tables
- Assisting with life skills including zipping, buttoning and tying shoelaces
- Playing games that foster literacy skills
- Sharing special talents, hobbies or interests
- Story-telling
