Vaccination appointments and resources for schools

Macomb County continues to assist all county residents and businesses by making the latest COVID-19 vaccine available for those who wish to receive a vaccination. We also provide COVID-19 resources for schools and childcare facilities. Our offerings and services are provided in alignment with Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and CDC guidance.

The 2024-2025 Seasonal COVID-19 vaccines will be available beginning September 16, 2024. This service will be offered on a walk-in basis only. 

 Clinics are closed daily noon - 1 p.m.

Who can get a COVID-19 vaccination?

The Macomb County Health Department provides COVID-19 vaccinations in alignment with guidelines approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The COVID-19 vaccine is recommended for individuals 6 months of age and older. The Macomb County Health Department will be offering Pfizer, Moderna, and Novavax COVID-19 vaccines.

You can save time by printing and completing the forms below at home before visiting one of our health centers.  For children, both forms must be completed by a parent or guardian.

A parent or guardian MUST be available to sign clinic health forms for each child.

At the time of the appointment, please bring: photo ID, immunization record(s) and all insurance including Medicaid, Medicare and any supplemental insurance cards.
