Warren Man Arraigned for Allegedly Shooting and Killing Wife

Mount Clemens, MI -  Today, a 41-year-old Warren man was arraigned in the death of his wife.

It is alleged that on Friday, February 16, 2024, Antonio Askew shot and killed his wife, 34-year-old Eboni Askew, in their Warren home.  Askew is charged with Second Degree Murder (life felony) and Felony Firearm (two year mandatory felony).

Askew was arraigned in 37th Warren District Court where District Court Judge Steve Bieda set bond at $500,000 cash/surety, and if released Askew must wear a GPS tether.  A Probable Cause Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 8:30am and a Preliminary Exam is scheduled for Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 8:30am.
