Two Men Arraigned After Drug Bust

Two men were arraigned following the execution of a search warrant.

Mount Clemens, MI -  On Tuesday, April 16, 2024, Macomb County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant on a Warren home.  It is alleged that drugs, and a gun were discovered in the home. Yesterday, two men were arraigned following the execution of the search warrant. 

James Freeman (right), age 41, was charged with Delivery/Manufacture 50 to 449 Grams of a Controlled Substance (twenty year felony), Possession of less than 25 Grams of Controlled Substance (four year felony) and Felony Firearm (two year mandatory felony).  Christopher Hash (below), age 42, was charged with Delivery/Manufacture less than 50 Grams of a Controlled Substance (twenty year felony).

Both men were arraigned in 37th Warren District Court where District Court Judge Steve Bieda set bond for James Freeman of Lincoln Park at $25,000 cash/surety.  Judge Bieda set bond for Christopher Hash of Warren at $25,0000 cash/surety.  A  Probable Cause Hearing was scheduled for both men on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 9:30am by Warren District Court Chief Judge John Chmura.
