Court-appointed attorneys for felony cases
If you were appointed via the Macomb County Public Defender’s Office for felony cases please do not use the discovery request form because the Defender’s Office will provide the Prosecutor’s Office with a discovery request and the notice of your court appointment. If you were appointed on a case without a felony charge, please use the Discovery Request Form.
