Video Proceedings and Court Transcript Requests

Request court transcripts by email or request a video proceeding by filling out the online form.

Transcripts

Upon written request, transcripts are available for all proceedings.  Requests should include the case number, the date and time of the hearing, the presiding judge and a deposit before the record can be transcribed.  Expedited requests for transcripts may be accommodated for an additional fee, if possible.  A person making a request must contact the court reporter listed below based on the judge assignment.

If you are an appointed trial attorney seeking a transcript, please request an order from the judge and submit to the court reporter.  If you are an appointed appellate attorney seeking a transcript, please email japetitions@macombgov.org.
