The Macomb County Federal Aid Committee (FAC) is responsible for reviewing and selecting federal aid eligible projects for inclusion in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), which is administered by the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG). The Macomb County FAC consists of MCDR personnel and local government representatives from every city, village, and township within Macomb County with participation from SEMCOG and the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT).
The Macomb County FAC meets three times per year. Meeting notices, agendas and materials are provided to Macomb County FAC members and posted prior to each scheduled meeting.
