Individuals with limited English proficiency may request the services of a foreign language interpreter to assist them during court proceedings. Parties, witnesses, and other persons with a substantial interest in the case or court proceeding may be entitled to interpreter services.

Judge Carl J. Marlinga was elected to the Macomb County Probate Court for the six year term beginning January 1, 2013. Judge Marlinga previously served as the prosecuting attorney for Macomb County, having been elected to that position in 1984, 1988, 1992, 1996, and 2000.
