About

couple walking along a tree-lined trail during summer

The Macomb Orchard Trail is a 24-mile path that travels through Shelby Township, Romeo, Armada and the city of Richmond. The trail is located at the site of a former railroad and has since been paved over so trail users can experience urban landscapes, wide open spaces, tunnels of tree canopy, quaint small towns and orchards and farms. This cross-county trail also connects users to more than 180 miles of regional non-motorized trail networks.
