Since 1976, Tucker Induction Systems has been supporting customers with high‑quality induction coils, bus bars, forging coils, quenches, tempering equipment, and transformer repairs. Induction heating offers exceptional consistency and predictable, localized heating patterns. This reliability helps customers achieve maximum productivity with fewer quality concerns.

Today, Tucker Induction Systems has expanded its capabilities even further by integrating advanced Industry 4.0 technologies.

One of the most significant additions is their investment in additive manufacturing—specifically, a copper 3D printer. Their journey into 3D printing began through Project DIAMOnD, an initiative led by Automation Alley in partnership with Macomb County. After initial success, they identified an opportunity to scale their efforts with a dedicated copper-based additive manufacturing system.

Since then, Tucker Induction has continued to refine and expand its 3D printing expertise. Copper additive manufacturing is extremely rare, with only two or three companies in the United States offering this capability. In fact, customers have requested photos of the printer before placing orders because they found it hard to believe the work wasn’t being outsourced. This advanced capability has opened doors to new opportunities in the defense and aerospace sectors.

Today, Tucker Induction Systems is more diversified than ever, delivering solutions for customers across the automotive, defense, aerospace, medical, and agricultural industries. To complement their ongoing business success, Tucker Induction Systems has also remained an active partner in the community. They recently participated in the 2025 Manufacturing Day event hosted by Macomb County Planning and Economic Development, helping to fuel the talent pipeline and inspire the next generation of manufacturing professionals.
