With the help of Macomb County Planning and Economic Development (MCPED), MFC Netform Inc. has expanded its operations in Shelby Township.
MFC Netform, Inc. has been located in metropolitan Detroit since 2003 and produces cold-formed, machined powertrain components for various automotive and non-automotive applications.
In order to continue to grow and innovate, MFC has expanded its footprint into Shelby Township by an additional 15,000 square feet and an additional five-15 full-time employees. The current operations take place in a 56,000 square foot industrial building. MFC’s estimated investment to complete this project was approximately $4 million. With the official ribbon cutting occurring June 17th.
Macomb County Planning and Economic Development helped MFC Netform through the tax abatement process, including preparing the abatement application and guiding the application through to approval.
