With the help of Macomb County Planning and Economic Development (MCPED), Laserglow Technologies will establish its first U.S. warehouse and manufacturing facility in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Laserglow Technologies has been in business for over 21 years, specializing in innovative safety products and solutions.
As part of its continued growth and commitment to innovation in the U.S. market, the company plans to hire 16 new employees and invest $1.225 million in the new facility. To support this expansion, Laserglow Technologies will leverage workforce training programs offered through Macomb Community College and Michigan Works!
Macomb County Planning and Economic Development helped Laserglow Technologies by connecting them with local colleges and Michigan Works! to assist with workforce development. Through this partnership, Laserglow can not only train employees in the necessary skills but also enhance recruitment efforts within the local community.
