Judge Carl J. Marlinga was elected to the Macomb County Probate Court for the six year term beginning January 1, 2013. Judge Marlinga previously served as the prosecuting attorney for Macomb County, having been elected to that position in 1984, 1988, 1992, 1996, and 2000.

Judge Jennifer M. Faunce was elected to office and began serving her first term January 1, 2003 at the court for Warren and Centerline.
Judge Yokich was appointed to the Macomb County Probate bench by Governor Jennifer M. Granholm on July 1, 2003 and was elected to the Macomb County Circuit Court in 2004. She is a 1982 graduate of James Madison College at Michigan State University and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1985.
Judge Switalski was elected to the Macomb County Circuit Court in 2002. The youngest of seven children, he graduated from Roseville High School in 1987, received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1991, and his J.D. from the University of Detroit in 1994.
Diane M. Druzinski was elected to the Macomb County Circuit Court in 2002. She has served in the Criminal/Civil Division of the Circuit Court since then. Judge Druzinski has previously served as a Judge in Macomb County's Adult Felony Drug Court Program.
Judge Servitto received his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University and earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the Detroit College of Law in 1977. Prior to Judge Servitto's 2000 election to the Macomb County Circuit Court, he served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan and a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Wisconsin.
Judge Kathryn A. Viviano is a graduate from Hillsdale College (Bachelor of Arts) and Wayne State University (Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctorate). After college, Judge Viviano worked for the family business in many roles while attending school at night to complete her postgraduate education.
Judge Caretti graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wayne State University in 1975. He then graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Detroit College of Law in 1979. While attending college and law school, he served as a Detroit police officer. Judge Caretti was in private practice for 23 years.
