Requests for copies of records or other information on court files can be directed to:

probatecourt@macombgov.org.

Please include in your request the following information:

• In Matter Of:
• Contact information, including phone number and email address

Court staff will process these requests within 48 hours.  If fees are required those must be paid before records will be sent.
