Replacement CPL License

   ALERT

   Applicants MUST have had a CPL issued in MACOMB County

 

After completing the form, send a copy of your driver's license along with a check made payable to "Macomb County Clerk" for $10.00 and mail it to:

Macomb County Clerk's Office
ATTN CPL Desk
120 North Main Street, Mount Clemens, MI 48043.

After your request is received and processed, a replacement CPL will be sent to you by mail.  

If you do not have a printer, you will have to come into the office to get a replacement card.
