Use Financial Statements to Manage Your Business webinar

Do you need help managing your business? If so the Michigan Small Business Development Center is offering a webinar called, "Use Financial Statements to Manage Your Business."

The webinar will take place Tuesday, Dec. 3, from 10-11 a.m.

The course will cover the three financial statements every business owner should be reviewing each month: the income statement, the statement of cash flow and the balance sheet.

The webinar will discuss working capital, breakeven analysis and ratio analysis. These are tools that help the business owner understand the information contained in the three financial statements.

There is no cost to attend the webinar, but registration is required.
