At Henry Ford Health they know that good heart health starts with prevention. One way they are helping our communities is by raising awareness about the risks of heart disease and encouraging those at risk to get screened at the Healthy Heart screening event. They are hosting this event at SIX different locations in southeast Michigan and Grand Blanc.

On-Site Registration:
Registration is on-site only, the day of the event. On-site, walk-in registration starts at 7 a.m. and ends at 11 a.m. People in line before the 11 a.m. cut-off time will be seen.
