Roseville, MI – Yesterday, October 1, 2025, Macomb Area Computer Enforcement (M.A.C.E.) Detectives and the Sheriff’s Enforcement Team (S.E.T) executed a search warrant at a residence on the 16600 block of Sarmorr Street in the City of Roseville. The suspect, 34-year-old Tyler Eaton, was allegedly in possession of child sexually abusive material.
The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
M.A.C.E. Detectives received information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) indicating CSAM videos and images being uploaded by the suspect.
Multiple pieces of evidence seized from the home are under forensic review.
Eaton was arraigned in the 39th District Court, Roseville, on charges of:
• 3 Counts: Computers – using to commit a crime – maximum prisonment of 4 years or more but less than 10 years, a 10-year felony,
• 3 Counts: Child Sexually Abusive Material – possession, a 4-year felony.
Bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety. A tether is required upon release and use of devices with internet access.
The suspect remains lodged at the Macomb County Jail.
