Case Submission Portal
The case submission portal is intended for the use of professionals that are members of the Macomb County Elder Justice Alliance Multidisciplinary Team (MDT). This portal is not for emergency purposes. If there is an urgent concern, please call 911 or Adult Protective Services (APS) at 855-444-3911.
