Warren Man Arraigned for Allegedly Sexual Assaulting a Young Girl

A 33-year-old Warren man has been arraigned in connection with sexual assaulting a young girl.

Warren Man Arraigned for Allegedly Sexual Assaulting a Young Girl

 

Mount Clemens, MI -  A 33-year-old Warren man has been arraigned in connection with sexual assaulting a  young girl.

It is alleged that Sunday, June 16, 2024, James Dandre Hall, sexually assaulted a 7-year-old girl in his home. Hall is charged with First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with the Defendant being over 17 years old and the victim being under 13-years-old, a life felony and Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with the Defendant being over 17 years old and the victim being under 13-years-old, a 15 year felony.

James Dandre Hall was arraigned in 37 Warren District Court where Warren District Court Chief Judge John Chmura set bond at $100,000 cash/surety and if released Hall must not have any contact with the victim or any minors. A Probable Cause Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 8:45am by District Court Judge Suzanne Faunce.

“I take protecting children very seriously.  My office will make this man accountable for his alleged actions," said Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido.
