Security Guard at Eastpointe High School Arraigned for Allegedly Having Sex with a Student

Mount Clemens, MI - A 26-year-old security guard at Eastpointe High School has been arraigned in connection with a sexual encounter with a female student.
It is alleged that on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, Darieon Craig Lamar Webster of Detroit had a sex with a female student at Eastpointe High School. Webster was charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Third Degree, 15-year felonies.
Webster was arraigned in Eastpointe District Court where District Court Judge Kathleen Galen set bond at $150,000 cash/surety. If released the defendant is to wear a steel GPS tether, have no contact with minors and no internet access. A Probable Cause Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 8:00am.
"This is a serious breach of trust and responsibility. When someone in a position of authority abuses that trust, it harms not only the victim but the entire community," said Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido.
