Mount Clemens, MI – Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido announced that Moriah Dandrade, 31, of Warren, was arraigned on charges including Second-Degree Murder related to the death of her husband.
It is alleged that in the early morning hours of January 27, 2026, Dandrade murdered her 31-year-old husband - James Graham. Responding Warren police found the deceased Graham and Dandrade in the home they shared. Additional information regarding the matter will be placed on the record as the case progresses.
On Friday, January 30, 2026, Dandrade was arraigned before Judge Michael Chupa in the 37th District Court in Warren, MI. Dandrade is charged with the following offenses:
- Murder – Second Degree, a felony punishable by life or any term of years
- Tampering with Evidence in a Criminal Case Punishable by More than 10 years, a felony punishable by 10 years and/or $20,000.00
These are the maximum charges available under the law based upon the evidence presented to date.
Judge Chupa set Dandrade’s bond at $500,000 cash/surety. If she makes bond, Dandrade must wear a steel cuff GPS tether.
Dandrade is scheduled for a Probable Cause Conference on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, and a Preliminary Exam on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, both at 8:45 a.m., before Judge Chupa at the 37th District Court in Warren, MI.
