Mount Clemens, Mich. – Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido announced that 37-year-old Adam Mazur-Baker was arraigned on two criminal charges related to his alleged messaging to a young woman.
It is alleged that Mazur-Baker sent unsolicited and concerning messages on Snapchat to an 18-year-old woman. The messages continued until the victim blocked him. Due to the totality of the circumstances and the nature of the messages, Mazur-Baker was charged with the following offenses:
- Computers – Using to Commit a Crime – Maximum Imprisonment of 1 Year or Less, a 1-year misdemeanor
- Telecommunication Services – Malicious Use – a 6-month misdemeanor.
On Tuesday, June 30, 2026, Mazur-Baker was arraigned before Judge John Chmura at the 37th District Court in Warren, MI. Judge Chmura set Mazur-Baker’s bond at $5,000 personal. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim. A Pretrial Hearing will be set before Judge Steven Bieda.
“The allegations in this case, if true, are terrible,” said Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido. “My office always works to seek justice for victims and will pursue the matter with the seriousness it deserves.”
