After a review of the evidence presented by Centerline Police, the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office charged each of the juveniles with the following charge:
- Schools – Intentional Threat to Commit Act of Violence Against School, School Employees, or Students, a one-year misdemeanor.
A Preliminary Hearing was held on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025, before Referee Michael Gibbs at the Macomb County Juvenile Justice Center.
