Mt. Clemens, MI – Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido announced that three men were arraigned on a charge of Conducting a Criminal Enterprise related to the alleged on-going thefts of infotainment systems from Dodge Ram trucks and other auto theft-related crimes.

On Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, 26-year-old Brandon Redd, of Roseville, MI, 27-year-old Alante Smith, and 23-year-old Bernard Woodward, both of Detroit, were arraigned in the 40th District Court in St. Clair Shores, MI before Judge Joseph Oster. The men were each charged with Conducting a Criminal Enterprise, a 20-year felony.

Judge Oster set Redd and Smith’s bond at $100,000 cash/surety. Woodward’s bond is set at $200,000 cash/surety. The court set the Probable Cause Conference for Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025, and the Preliminary Exam for Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, both at 8:30 a.m.
