Mt. Clemens, MI – Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido announced that Andrew Logan Williams, an Eastpointe, MI man, was arraigned on multiple charges after his extradition from New York before a district court judge who denied bond and set future hearing dates.

On Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, 52-year-old Andrew Logan Williams, of Eastpointe, MI, was arraigned before Judge Kathleen Galen at the 38th District Court in Eastpointe, MI. Williams was arraigned on the following charges:

  • Kidnapping, a life or any term of years felony
  • Child Sexually Abusive Activity, a 20-year felony

Judge Galen denied bond and Williams was remanded to the Macomb County Jail. A Probable Cause Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025, and a Preliminary Exam is scheduled for Wednesday, October 22, 2025. Both hearings will be held at 1:00 p.m. before Judge Galen.

It is alleged that on Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, Williams kidnapped a 12-year-old child who was walking near his home. He sexually assaulted the minor in his home.
