Mount Clemens, MI – Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido announced that Stephen Livings, 43 of Roseville, was arraigned on charges related to his interactions with a teenage girl he encountered while refereeing high school wrestling matches.
The charges against Livings arise from the following allegations: Livings is a high school wrestling referee. He approached a high school student and tried to obtain her social media information and asked personal questions. On another occasion, he took her phone and added his contact information. He sent her inappropriate messages and images/videos.
On Friday, February 6, 2026, Livings was arraigned before Judge Steven Bieda in the 37th District Court in Warren, MI. Livings is charged with the following offenses:
- Computers – Using to Commit a Crime – Maximum Imprisonment of 4 years or More But Less Than Ten Years, a 7-year felony
- Children – Accosting for Immoral Purposes, a 4-year felony
These are the maximum charges available under the law based upon the evidence presented.
Judge Bieda gave Livings a $10,000 personal bond.
Livings is scheduled for a Probable Cause Conference before Judge Bieda at the 37th District Court in Warren, MI on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 8:45 a.m.
