Press Release

It is alleged that on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, Flood was waiting for his wife when she arrived at her job at Michigan Rehab Services – Pomeroy Living Facility. He approached her and appeared to reach for a gun in his waistband. She attempted to take cover in a co-worker’s vehicle, but he prevented the door from closing and shot at her several times. She and her co-worker exited through the driver’s door and ran toward the building, Flood caught his wife and pistol-whipped her several times in the head. After the police arrived and took Flood into custody, his wife was taken to the hospital. She was shot several times but her injuries do not appear to be life-threatening. The co-worker was not injured.
