Detroit Police Officer Arraigned for Domestic Violence - Second Offense

A 47-year-old Detroit Police Officer was arraigned on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 in connection with a domestic violence incident in Harrison Township.

Detroit Police Officer Arraigned for Domestic Violence - Second Offense

Mount Clemens, MI - A 47-year-old Detroit Police Officer was arraigned on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 in connection with a domestic violence incident in Harrison Township.

It is alleged that on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, Louis Allen Wilson arrived at his home and told the victim he was going to execute her.  The victim fled to a neighbor’s house and called police.  Wilson was charged with Domestic Violence - Second Offense, a one year misdemeanor.

Wilson was arraigned in 41B Clinton Township District Court where Magistrate Ryan Zemke set a $5,000 personal bond.  A  Pre-Trial is scheduled for Monday, November 25, 2024 at 9:00 am by District Court Judge Jacob Femminineo, Jr.

"It is my responsibility to ensure that justice is served, regardless of a person's profession or position. The charge of domestic violence, especially as a second offense, is a serious matter, and no one is above the law. We are committed to a fair and thorough process to protect the rights of the victim and uphold the integrity of our legal system,” said Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido.
