Mount Clemens, MI - A 23-year-old Detroit man was arraigned in connection with a traffic stop in Eastpointe.

Trotter was arraigned in 38th Eastpointe District Court, where Magistrate Mark Makoski set bond at $1,000,000 cash/surety only. If bond is posted Trotter is to wear a GPS tether, be on home confinement, not leave the state of Michigan, no alcohol, no drugs, no weapons, no contact with any witnesses. He was also referred to Community Corrections for a mental health assessment.
