These classes will help you learn how to manage stress and find harmony and balance when when life events feel overwhelming.

Mindfulness for Better SLEEP, July 14-August 18, 9-10:30am ET

This series includes Mindfulness and Sleep Education for Everyone Program. Research has shown that practicing mindfulness is effective in reducing stress-related symptoms such as worry, depression, physical tension, and may be helpful in managing chronic conditions. 


Chronic Disease PATH Toolkit

Tuesdays, July 14 2026 - August 18, 2026, 11 a.m. - Noon 

Feeling tired, overwhelmed, or isolated because of your chronic disease? The Chronic Disease PATH program gives you the tools to feel better. This telephone workshop meets for 1 hour, once a week for 6 weeks. You must have a telephone to attend this workshop. When you register, you agree to attend all six sessions. Please let your facilitator know if you are going to be absent. This workshop is free for Michigan residents. Family members, friends, and caregivers are encouraged to attend with you.

Mindful Educators is a workshop for Pre K, Elementary, Middle, and High School Educators and staff. Mindful Educators is a workshop designed to give educators the tools to cultivate their own mindfulness practice and introduce mindfulness in the classroom.
