As a community action agency that receives Community Services Block Grant funding, MCA is required to complete a community needs assessment every three years. The purpose of these assessments are to identify the community’s greatest strengths, biggest needs, and the community resources available to meet the needs of its most vulnerable populations. Community needs assessments also guide strategic planning and the development of services to support a stronger community.
