If you would like to file a grievance against an FOC procedure or an FOC employee, you must fill out a Friend of the Cour Grievance form and follow the instructions for filing it with the FOC. Please find a link to the form below.
Grievance procedure
The Friend of the Court (FOC) grievance process is used if you have a complaint regarding office procedures, or a complaint regarding the actions of an FOC employee. The FOC grievance process IS NOT for the review of a judge's or FOC referee's decision.
