Ensures that the dispatch systems used by police, fire, emergency medical services, and other public safety agencies operate smoothly and remain up to date.

Maintenance and support for the radio towers, repeaters, and other infrastructure components that compromise the county's radio communication system.

Ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for radios used by first responders, ensuring they remain in proper working order for mission-critical communications.

Installation of radios and associated equipment in vehicles, stations, and other facilities used by first responders.

Template design and programming of radios for interoperability across agencies.

Design, installation, maintenance and repair of automated systems that alert fire stations when a call is made, improving response times and coordination during emergencies.

Compliance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, including maintaining licenses for all county agencies.
