Student Art Contest to Celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the Constitution
Chief Judge Biernat on behalf of the 16th Judicial Circuit, Macomb County Probate Court and 42nd District Courts is pleased to announce a Student Art Contest to Celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the Constitution. Students will compete for publication in the 2026 Annual Report and gift cards.
Categories include lower elementary (K-2), upper elementary (3-5), middle school (6-8) and high school (9-12). Students will create an original piece of art and submit it to the Court in the following ways:
