Bail Bonds Information

• Pursuant to statute, the Circuit Court annually creates an alphabetical list of the individual persons authorized to post bonds in the County of Macomb.
• For a PDF version of the current 2026 Bail Bond Agent List, click here.  (Effective January 1, 2026.)
• Individuals/companies wishing to be added to the approved list of bail bond agents must fill out our application.
• Applications for the following year's Bail Bond Agent List must be received no later than October 1st of the preceding year.
• Applications for the 2027 Bail Bond List are due on or before Thursday, October 1, 2026.
• For the 2026 application please check back in August, 2026.
• When submitting your application, please include the following:
  • Current year application.
  • Qualifying Power of Attorney from the insurance company representing each agent.
• Mail or drop-off your application to specifically the following:
  • Macomb County Circuit Court, Office of the Court Administrator, 40 North Main Street - 6th Floor, Mt. Clemens, MI  48043
