New workshop module for RELAX Alternatives to Anger targets Parents and Caregivers
A one-time workshop for parents and caregivers of children has been added to the MSUE RELAX Alternatives to Anger program. The workshop explores the five RELAX concepts with adults who live and work with children who are in the process of developing the social emotional skills needed to deal with stress, anger and strong emotion. A strong literacy component assists participants in exploring unique ways they can address anger and strong emotion with children in their care. The workshop can range from 1½ - 4hours depending on the audience.
