The Legal Self-Help Center of Macomb County is located on the 13th Floor of the Old County Building, along with the books and public copier from the former Courthouse Law Library. The public is free to utilize the self-help center's computers and access the Michigan Legal Help Website during the Old County Building's normal business hours.
